What are the benefits of training?

Daily dose of training 

You ever feel tired from doing nothing? No, seriously, it’s a thing! Frustrating no doubt, but more often that not it is due to a lack of stimulation to the brain and body. Have you ever met a fit person who complains about being tired all the time? Training has so many more health related benefits outside of making you a macho man or wonder woman.

Finding time to train

Now who else has heard the standard “I have no time to train”, well…a show of hands would be nice! We understand that life can be overbearing at times but we want to show you some simple things you can do to stimulate your body to ensure you make the most out of your day. 

Going for a walk
