Leilani’s all-time favourite:

  • Rule1 Protein WPI: It’s easy digesting has no fillers and tastes great. This protein is not clumpy and mixes well in a shake. I take this post-training or mixed in with oats. My favourite flavour is Chocolate peanut butter.
  • Oxyshred: a thermogenic fat burner that boosts your metabolism and taste so good at the same time. This is my go-to first thing in the morning before cardio.
  • Z-MAG: Has helped improve my sleep quality because a good nights sleep is so important.

    Leilani’s Story:

    I started my fitness journey as a means to stay fit while working in a corporate role. In the beginning, I was doing lots of cardio. Then my focus switched to weight training and that is when I noticed the most change in my body. I started getting stronger, leaner and more toned. I like how energised I feel after training and enjoy pushing myself in the gym.
