Before I start I’m not a big coffee drinker. I want to begin with the ingredients. Palm fat, thickeners, coconut fat, soy lecithin. I understand adding ingredient’s to packaged food to preserve the shelf life and enhance the flavours. When it comes to health supplements I firmly believe this should not be the case. I buy protein supplements as a healthy on the go boost. This product doesn’t have the worst ingredients added but none the less they are added. As for the flavour it wasn’t overpowering and quite smooth. I did however use it in the blender with a banana. If I was after coffee flavour I would drink it.
