Keto Carb tastes amazing and does give me that extra energy I need in the morning on Keto. I haven't used a Keto stick on it yet to see if I'm out of Ketosis once taking the Pea Starch but 17grams isn't going to blow me out anyway. Fingers crossed it's doing what it says it does!
