I have been taking oxyshred for years now and I love how much energy it gives me as well as the great flavours! I have been seeing results with this product for years now.

EHP Labs / Blessed Protein: 

My OG protein powder, the best vegan powder on the market in my opinion as well as the Macro Mike protein powder.

Muscle Nation / Destiny Fat Burner: 

Same as Oxyshred but I like to switch between the two. I don't have a particular fav one but they are both great - destiny fat burner has a few more benefits and better ingredients in it.

Muscle Nation / Custard Protein:

Such a yummy snack. Full of protein and ingredients to help you burn fat and has plenty of fibre in it too.

Ali’s Story: 

Growing up I was always a super skinny kid and always struggled to put on any weight. About one and a half years ago I decided it was time to make a change and start looking after my body. I can proudly say that with consistent weight training and looking after my body on the inside, I have never been happier with the way I look and feel. My journey has only just begun but I'm already so proud of my own progress and can't wait to see what the future holds.
