Brooke’s Favourite Supplements:

  • ATP Science Acetyl L-Carnitine: I use this prior to my workout stacked with EHP Labs Oxyshred (Guava Paradise) to help utilise my fat stores during my workout to keep me lean.
  • EHP Labs Oxyshred (Guava Paradise): I love this flavour, so easy to drink and it also mixes well with ATP Science Acetyl L-Carnitine. I take these 2 together approx 20 mins prior to training. Oxyshred gives me a little pick me up & gets me ready to kick ass. I find it super smooth with no energy slump post-training.
  • Nutrabolics Anabolic State (Grape): This tastes amazing if you love the grape flavour, this one for you too. I train to my limit every session so it's important to me to take a good quality BCAA to help repair and grow muscle and assist in recovery.
