As someone who struggles to find supplements that agreed with my gut Prana offers an amazing 30 gram of dairy, gluten and soy-free protein. I love mixing it with egg whites & my favourite cereal to create my own vegan protein custard. 

Biotech / Creatine

Since supplementing creatine into my diet and training I’ve seen a massive increase in my recovery, strength and lean muscle mass. It’s especially helped me maintain my muscle mass while in a deficit, I wish I knew about it sooner! 3 years ago I was a girl stepping into the gym for the first time with zero confidence, low self-esteem, no proper knowledge of nutrition or exercise and no clue what my life passion was. Here I am today working in all aspects of the fitness field as an online personal trainer & manager of one of Elites stores. Fitness changed my life by helping me grow both physically and mentally. I now have a very healthy relationship with food, train to care for my body instead of punishing it & made a career out of inspiring others to do the same on their own self-worth & fitness journeys.
