My Dad got me into fitness, he took me to a gym when I was 12 and I got my own membership at 16. Since then my focus on nutrition, recovery and training has just been part of my lifestyle. Nearly a decade on I've competed in bodybuilding, powerlifting and dance. Every year I find some new fitness challenge that excites me. I wonder what I'll do next...
