Kristina’s Story:

Growing up I was always a super skinny kid and always struggled to put on any weight. About 1 and a half years ago I decided it was time to make a change and start looking after my body. I can proudly say that with consistent weight training and looking after my body on the inside, I have never been happier with the way I look and feel. My journey has only just begun but I'm already so proud of my own progress and can't wait to see what the future holds.
