BSC / Hydroxy Protein 

I've been using BSC Protein for over 5 years and it is my all-time favourite. They have the best flavours, Salted Caramel and Chocolate are my favourites! They blend SO well in cooking/oats and taste amazing!!

ATP / Creatine

A must for me is creatine, especially when in a build phase. Creatine really assists me to push that bit harder with my strength in the gym, & see some great changes when building muscle.

My passion for fitness started when I was really young, but it wasn't until I got educated that my own mindset and perspective on the body and health completely changed and I knew I had to share this with women who were going through the same struggles. With a lot of conflicting information in the industry, I have a passion to help guide women to be the best and healthiest version of themselves.
