I personally love this PB as it can be used in so many sweet treats I make and adds that extra boost of protein! I simply put it in my oats, shakes and pancakes you can do so much with it! And it’s low in fat which is a bonus!

Zuhrah’s Story:

I started my fitness journey when I was going through my final year of school, I used the gym as a way to deal with stress and anxiety. I then fell In love with the results I was seeing and kept going.
