Firstly, caffeine (100mg) and l-theanine (200mg), these two ingredients create a perfect synergy. You get a boost in energy, attention and focus from the caffeine, but a feeling of calm and relaxation from the L-theanine. L-Theanine does this by promoting levels of relaxing neurotransmitters (GABA,serotonin) and also stimulating alpha-brain waves, leading to this meditative state. Next, Alpha-GPC (600mg) and Huperzine A (80mcg) another brain booster synergy. Alpha-GPC is a highly bioavailable form of dietary choline.
