Click & Collect lets you shop online and pick up your order from your chosen Elite Supps store. It’s a quick and convenient way to get your supplements without waiting for delivery.

Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 1 - 2 business hours (during store opening hours). You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

You can collect your order from the Elite Supps store you selected at checkout. When you arrive, please provide the following to our team at the counter:

• Valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport) showing the full name that matches the “Person Collecting” name on your order.
• Your unique 6 digit contactless collection code.

If someone else is collecting for you, let the store know their name in advance and they’ll also need to show ID.

No, Click & Collect orders must be paid online at checkout. This helps us prepare your order faster and ensures your items are reserved.

No stress! We’ll keep your Click & Collect order on hold for 14 days. If it’s not collected within that time, the order may be cancelled and you’ll receive store credit for the amount paid.

If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes depend on stock availability.

If an item from your Click & Collect order isn’t available at your selected store, don’t worry as we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer one of the following solutions:

• A suitable alternative product
• Collection at another nearby store
• Free shipping from our warehouse straight to you
• A refund for the unavailable item

We’ll always do our best to make sure you get your supplements as quickly and conveniently as possible.

If your order isn’t collected within the 14 day holding period, it will be automatically cancelled. Don’t worry, you won’t lose out. We’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a gift voucher (for the full amount you paid), sent directly to your email. This voucher can be redeemed online only at Elite Supps.
