
Store Credit, Exchanges & Faulty Items
Store Credit & Exchanges
- For approved returns (such as change of mind), we provide store credit or product exchange only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return postage will be deducted from the credit or exchange value unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re happy to replace any product that is faulty or not as described.
A product is considered faulty if:
- The seal is broken
- There are visible manufacturing defects
- The product is expired at the time of delivery, provided you were not made aware of the short dated or near expiry status prior to purchase (for example, if it was not clearly advertised on our website or stated in your order confirmation email).
Please note: Transit-related damage (e.g. dented packaging or cracked containers) is not considered a fault.
Faulty/damaged claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the fault
Important: In order to receive a store credit or replacement for a faulty product, the product must be returned to us (unless otherwise advised by our team).
Warranty for Electronic Devices
- 1 year limited warranty for electronic devices purchased through Elite Supps.
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Does not cover: normal wear & tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or loss/theft.
If approved, the resolution will be a replacement or store credit only. Refunds are not available.
