Delivery, Missing Items & Fraud Prevention

Missing items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or store credit for missing item claims submitted outside this timeframe, and such claims will not be accepted.

All orders are scanned and packed in accordance with our fulfilment records prior to dispatch. Elite Supplements reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the parcel, contents, shipping label, or other supporting information (including unboxing photos or videos) before approving any replacement or refund.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention 

Elite Supplements reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict payment methods, or suspend customer accounts where fraudulent activity, excessive claims, or abuse of returns or chargeback processes is suspected.

Chargebacks 

Customers agree to contact Elite Supplements directly to resolve any delivery or order issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and/or refusal of future service.

Refund Method 

Approved refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Elite Supplements does not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re happy to replace any product that is faulty or not as described.

A product is considered faulty if:

  • The seal is broken
  • There are visible manufacturing defects
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery, unless the short dated or near expiry status was clearly disclosed prior to purchase (e.g. advertised on the website or stated in the order confirmation email)

Please note: Damage caused during transit (such as dented packaging or cracked containers) is not considered a product fault.

Faulty or damaged item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our returns portal.

Important: To receive a replacement or store credit for a faulty product, the item must be returned to Elite Supplements unless otherwise advised by our team.

Warranty – Products & Accessories

Certain products and accessories sold by Elite Supplements are covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, with the warranty period varying depending on the product. Warranty details, where applicable, will be stated on the product page or confirmed by our Customer Service team upon request.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use only and do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper care
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Loss or theft

To make a warranty claim, customers must submit a claim via our returns portal and provide any information or evidence reasonably requested by our team.

If a warranty claim is approved, the resolution will be a replacement or store credit, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are not available for warranty claims unless legally required.
