Returns Policy

You can start your return quickly and easily through our Returns Portal.

At Elite Supps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return process simple.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of shipment (online purchases only).
  • Returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal.

Return Conditions

  • Customers must notify Elite Supplements of their return within 30 days of shipment. 
  • Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and securely packed for transit. 
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorisation. 

Returns Due to Non-Collection or Incorrect Address

If your order is returned to us by the courier because it was not collected, refused at delivery, or an incorrect/incomplete address was provided at checkout:

  • Original shipping fees are non refundable. 
  • A re-shipment fee will apply if you’d like the parcel resent.
  • If you select not to have the order resent, store credit will be issued for the product value, less original shipping costs and any return charges applied by the courier.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels within the courier’s stated timeframe. 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened, used, or consumed products
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after shipment 

International Returns

Customers outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping services. Elite Supplements does not accept liability for items lost or damaged during international return transit.
