
Returns Policy
You can start your return quickly and easily through our Returns Portal.
At Elite Supps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return process simple.
Change of Mind Returns
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of shipment (online purchases only).
- Returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal.
Return Conditions
- Notify us of your return within 30 days of shipment.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and securely packed for transit.
- Returns must be completed within 14 days of approval.
Returns Due to Non-Collection or Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us by the courier because it was not collected, refused at delivery, or an incorrect/incomplete address was provided at checkout:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A re-shipment fee will apply if you’d like the parcel resent.
- If you choose not to have the order resent, store credit will be issued for the product value minus the original shipping cost and any return charges applied by the courier.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and collecting their order within the timeframe set by the courier.
We Cannot Accept Returns For
- Sale/clearance items
- Opened or consumed products
- Returns requested more than 30 days after shipment
International Returns
- Customers outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend tracked international shipping. Elite Supps cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in international transit.
