"Best services ever! I have been there almost every time I visited Chatswood and the staff there were always polite and friendly towards me. The pre-shred cans taste pretty good and the price was reasonable. The Oxyshred cans also taste pretty good. While I alway appreciate the ongoing positive attitude of the staff, I am extremely concerned and disgusted about some customers writing negative reviews about this store. Other than this, I am pretty happy with all the services from this store. However, I am very impressed that the pre-shred cans taste pretty good and that they do not have sugar. I feel a lot more energetic after drinking those pre-shred cans. I am also pretty impressed by the pink lemonade Diablo pure L-Carnitine. However, the only problem with that product is that it tastes way too good for me to follow the directive of 1 serving per day. There are multiple times where I had three servings of the pink lemonade Diablo pure L-Carnitine. It tastes way too good to a point where even I am tempted to have more than the standard serve per day! My entire family and I all loved the taste of the pink lemonade Diablo pure L-Carnitine, so it unfortunately did not last as long as we expected. But even though I see the staff members work hard and treat me respect, I STILL SAW QUITE RUDE COMMENTS WRITTEN ABOUT THIS STORE! Things happen and we all have good and bad days. If you want staff to treat you with respect on your visits, you have to show them the same respect they deserve. It is important for customers to be more understanding about the refund policy, along with the importance of not spreading rumours about staff. On the bright side, I have on Saturday 10 April 2026 paid for a Pre-shred watermelon snow cone. It tasted just as good as the Pre-shred RTD cans. But the problem is, that I went for six big scoops on the day I first paid for it. Because the Pre-shred powder tastes so good, it is very easy for me to overdose.The manager of the Neutral Bay store suggested that I mix it with more water, but that still did not stop me from overdosing. This is simply because all of the flavors all taste way too good. In less than one month, the first tub is nearly empty! On Saturday 2 May 2026 in the afternoon, I have paid for another Pre-Shred watermelon snow cone at the Neutral Bay store. If you asked me “Why did you pay for it in the Neutral Bay store and not at our store?”, my answer would be “Because I was closer to Neutral Bay at the time I paid for it.” Yet there is only slightly less than half a tub left. The store where I pay for the same product is not determined by which staff member I like. Instead, it depends on which store I am closest to, and which store has the desired product in stock. I am glad that the Pre-shred powder seal has all been fixed. Yesterday in the afternoon, I have paid for a Pre-Shred honeydew melon at this store. And I hope it does not taste too good to a point where my family and I overdose like we did to the Pre-Shred watermelon snow cone. I had a taste of the Pre-Shred honeydew melon, and it does not taste as rich as the Pre-Shred watermelon snow cone, so I have found myself a solution to stop overdosing on those Pre-Shred powders! Given the respectful service and attitude the staff have given me, I really do not see how they are being rude like other customers say. Customers, I remind you once again to choose your words carefully, AS YOU ARE WRITING A REVIEW ABOUT LIVING HUMAN BEINGS. And if you plan to deduct stars from this store, please explain EXACTLY WHY you did not give a 5 star review. And especially you, Ripka. Please stop giving every Elite Supps store 1-star reviews, especially given the fact that you have never shopped at this store. It is not funny. It is purely defamatory. It makes staff extremely uncomfortable and has led them to feel severely unsafe. Especially as the manager/ worker of Adrenaline HQ at West Ryde, it is disappointing to see you attempting to leave bad reviews for this store. This store is NOT trying to rip you or anyone off."
