Molly
Molly is a passionate fitness professional currently studying her Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, alongside completing a Master Female Trainer qualification and Nutrition Accreditation. She also holds a Certificate III in Human Resources, bringing a strong background in people management, communication, and workplace wellbeing.
As a single mum and dedicated fitness enthusiast, Molly is passionate about helping women build confidence, improve their health, and achieve sustainable results. With a particular interest in female health, strength training, and nutrition, she is committed to empowering women to prioritise themselves and create lasting lifestyle changes.
Outside of her studies, Molly enjoys weight training, personal development, spending time with her daughter, and sharing her fitness journey with others. Her goal is to combine her professional experience and fitness education to make a positive impact on the lives of women through coaching, support, and education.
