"Best services ever! I have been there almost every weekend and the staff there were always nice and respectful towards me. The pre-shred cans taste pretty good and the price was reasonable (even though they are out of the market), and the in-house super energy drinks also taste pretty good with reasonable price. Even though the in-house super energy cans have sugar, it is less than 1 gram, so it is still just as good as the previous pre-shred RTD cans. All of the Oxyshred cans are all pretty good in flavors and tastes. I feel a lot more energetic after drinking those pre-shred and in-house super energy cans. I would definitely recommend this place. I am also quite happy that everyone who visited this store has given a 5-star rating. On the bright side, I have, on Saturday 11 April 2026 paid for a Pre-shred watermelon snow cone at a different store. It tasted just as good as the Pre-shred RTD cans. But the biggest problem is, that I went for six big scoops on the day I first paid for it. Because the Pre-shred powder tastes so good, it is very easy for me to overdose. The manager of the store suggested that I mix it with more water, but that still did not stop me from overdosing. This is simply because all of the flavors all taste way too good. On Saturday 2 May 2026 in the afternoon, I have paid for another Pre-Shred watermelon snow cone at this store too. I have had a careful read of your response where you said “We’re sorry to hear about the loose seal and lumps in the Pre-shred powder you purchased. Product safety and quality are important to us; please bring the affected tub back to the store when convenient and a team member will organise an exchange or refund and inspect our remaining stock to prevent this happening again.”– I am sorry if I was not clear enough about my feedback. To make it clearer, I was NOT asking for a refund, and the exchange has also been rectified for me on the spot when I first paid for it in Chatswood. I wrote this just to remind you to check each seal carefully. If you asked me “Why did you pay for it in the Chatswood store and not at our store?”, my answer would be “Because I was closer to Chatswood at the time I paid for it.” The store where I pay for the same product is not determined by which staff member I like. Instead, it depends on which store I am closest to, and which store has the desired product in stock. I appreciate that the seals of the Pre-shred powder have been fixed. And there is no need to continue to apologize for the loose seal and lumps. The lumps come from loose seals, because teenagers, particularly high school students would open each and every tub, regardless of whether or not they are going to buy it. Some may be rude enough to open your seals even if they are not going to buy it. None of this is your fault, I promise. This afternoon, I have paid for a Pre-Shred honeydew melon at in Chatswood. If you asked why I paid for it in Chatswood and not at this store, my answer would firstly be because I was in Chatswood this afternoon, and the second reason is because this stor does not have the honeydew melon flavor available. I have had a read of your advice– It is important to follow the directives on the tub and to drink the pre-shred powder sparingly and be careful with the dosage. I just had a taste of the Pre-Shred honeydew melon, and it does not taste as rich as the Pre-Shred watermelon snow cone, so I have found myself a solution to stop overdosing on those Pre-Shred powders. I always appreciate that the staff members always treat me with respect, and I am glad that they have followed my advice. Even though I do know the names of most of the staff, I cannot mention them here on this review unless they give me explicit consent to do so."
