Direction of Use
For experienced users, mix 2 scoops of Hectic Pre Workout with 12oz (350mL) of cold water in a shaker bottle, and consume immediately. Otherwise, mix 1 scoop with 6oz (180mL) of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Store in a cool, dry place. Consume within 40 days of opening seal.
