Adrenal RX (formerly known as Cort RX) by ATP Science is an adrenal support supplement to help you with rest and recovery. This supplement is a concentrated blend of powerful herbs, developed by a naturopath, including a number that I try to include in my own hormone balancing and general health and stress-support routine including my favourite Turmeric, Schisandra, Withania and Rhodiola.

What does Adrenal RX do?

As a busy athlete and entrepreneur with many family and work commitments I have been looking for ways to support my energy and stress levels for a long time so I was very excited to be able to try this out.

The bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 30-day supply and at $49.90 isn't cheap, but then the combination is a powerful mix and quality costs.
These herbs help the body adapt to the many external stressors that we all face in our crazy busy lives. I have been looking for a product to support my general energy and stress resilience, and Adrenal RX fits well into my daily routine. and I know many of our athletes that we coach need to support those adrenal glands so Adrenal RX is great for that

What is Adrenal Exhaustion?

Many people today feel the effects of constant stress on their general wellbeing, as modern life presents challenges our bodies weren't designed for. that many of us find ourselves in nowadays. Our fight or flight response, which is meant to kick in to help us escape dangers like a lion chasing us, is now a constant state - our mind and body doesn't differentiate between real and imminent physical dangers like our ancestors faced to the constant stress from work, family, our technological devices and the toxic soup of chemicals we are exposed to constantly.

Adrenal RX ingredients

So let's take a quick look at what the herbs contained in Adrenal RX do.

Schisandra Chinensis

Schisandra Chinensis is an adaptogenic herb found in North West China and has traditionally been used for it's antioxidant qualities. It is traditionally used as an adaptogen to help support the body's general resilience.
It is traditionally used as an adaptogen to help the body maintain balance during periods of stress, and may support general relaxation and restful sleep. It may help support general mental wellbeing.

Withania Somnifera

This is another adaptogenic herb traditionally used to help support the body's response to stress and general wellbeing.

Rhodiola

This is another adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support general energy levels and mental wellbeing. It can contribute to insomnia if taken too late in the day though so watch out for that.

Turmeric

This is my all time favourite herb. It has so many benefits to the body and mind. Turmeric contains Curcumin, a bioactive compound traditionally used for its antioxidant properties and to support general health and wellbeing. It is also an anti-oxidant and it may help support the body's general antioxidant defences - a double whammy on the anti-oxidant front. Curcumin has been studied for its potential role in supporting general mental wellbeing.
To sum up this product with the powerful combination of herbs it contains makes it a winner for me.
