How do I buy supplements as a gift?
Harder than it looks, because the things people want are specific and the things that suit everyone are dull.
What works:
- Things they will definitely use. Protein and creatine are the safest, because anyone training gets through them. Unflavoured or a plain vanilla is safer than guessing a flavour.
- Accessories over supplements. A good shaker, a lifting belt, resistance bands or a decent water bottle avoid the flavour and formulation problem entirely.
- Snacks and bars. Low commitment, easy to try, and nobody minds receiving them.
- A gift card, if you genuinely do not know. Unimaginative and considerably better than a tub they will not open.
