Gold Standard 100% Plant Vanilla No-Bake Protein Bar Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, Gold Standard 100% Plant and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond butter with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold wet mixture into dry mixture until thoroughly combined.
  5. Add almond milk until a thick batter is formed.
  6. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

For Frosting

  1. Combine Gold Standard 100% Plant with sugar. Add water as needed until thick frosting-like mixture is formed.
  2. Top bars with frosting and refrigerate for additional 30 minutes or until set.
