I love EHP labs hardcore Oxyshred because it contains 3000mg of caffeine, double that of regular Oxyshred to really provide me with enough energy to get me through my early morning sessions. It tastes delicious, so sweet and not sour at all. I always take hardcore Oxyshred before cardio to break out a good sweat.

Charlotte's Story:

I was always very active during school, I participated in almost every team sport. When I finished high school, I realized I no longer had team sports I was involved in before. So out of the blue, I got a gym membership and started going to the gym, with little to no confidence and no experience. Everyone starts somewhere. It was hard at first but one day, it just clicked.
