• Firmly press and rub the strip onto your nose for 10–15 seconds after applying

• During colder months, warming the adhesive with gentle rubbing helps it bond more effectively

• If using the strips during workouts, apply them 10–15 minutes before exercise to allow the adhesive to fully set
